Rocky Mountain Human Services Mill Levy Program
Eligibility: Must be a Denver County Resident
About: The Denver Mill Levy Program assists Denver residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families in accessing items, services, and supports that are just right for them.

Developmental Pathways Unmet Needs Program
Eligibility: Must be an Arapahoe, Douglas, or Elbert County Resident
About: DP is proud to offer two locally funded programs to support individuals with I/DD and families with accessing a variety of supports across the community. Local funding is comprised of Mill Levy funding from Arapahoe County, Douglas County as well as endowment funds, grants, donations, and other sources.

Jefferson County Unmet Needs Program
Eligibility: Must be a Jefferson County Resident
About: The JeffCo Unmet Needs Program provides support for individuals residing in Jefferson County with a developmental delay (DD) or intellectual developmental disability (IDD) and who are living at home with family. The primary purpose of the JeffCo Unmet Needs funding is to support individuals remaining within their own nurturing family setting and are experiencing costs not covered under any other alternative funding sources (i.e Medicaid FSSP etc.). JeffCo Unmet Needs funds are not considered income and are not taxable.

A & I Family Support Services Program
Eligibility: Must be a Boulder or Broomfield County Resident
About: A&I Avenues' Family Support Services Program is here to assist families who provide at-home care to family members with intellectual and developmental delays or disabilities. Our services are designed to ease the financial and emotional strain of having a family member with a disability in the home. Additionally, we provide grants to eligible families who need extra funds to help pay for items and services for their family member in need.
